We are currently looking for a dynamic and energetic Captain Waiter.
Job Description:
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guest promptly after preparation.
- Provides immediate attention to all guest upon seating.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
- We expect that every guest in the restaurant is being granted full attention, reception and best possible care.
- That, with his/her friendly and courteous attitude, he/she supports and maintains the good reputation of the Club
- To be thoroughly familiar with the sales-program and constantly informed on all promotions, novelties and changes in the sales-program.
- That he/she maintains a good communication between bar and to build a disciplined, well harmonizing team, especially in view of:
- Strict following of the beverage preparation and presentation standard, service standards, closing and opening check lists and follow billing and cashiering procedures, cleaning checklists
- Performs special duties and protects as assigned by the restaurant manager
- To be familiar with local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality
