Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming live chat and emails
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers to ensure service satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong live chat and email handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work in shift environment
  • Able to start with short notice will be advantages

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Early shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Overtime pay
