- Provide strategic direction and high-level leadership
- Oversee general operations
- Drive strategic business development initiatives
- Ensure the delivery of top-tier consulting services
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage as a panellist, moderator, or presenter at industry events
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices
- Cultivate relationships with industry analysts, brokers, and equity stakeholders
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in economic project evaluation and due diligence
- Exceptional report writing skills
- Extensive experience operating in the mining industry and critical minerals (lithium, rare earths, copper, etc.)
- Proven consultancy experience (10+ years)
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities
- Skill in navigating ambiguity
- A strategic, long term approach to your work
