- Job Title: International Banking Customer Support (Tagalog Native) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- We are seeking Tagalog Native (Filipino) for Customer Support Representative in the International Banking industry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed international banking customer, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: MYR3,800 + RM200 Housing Allowance + Shift Allowance (≒PHP48,000 - PHP54,000)
Working Hours: 24-hour shifts (5 days a week, including weekends)
Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' travel experiences are smooth and enjoyable. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Offer exceptional customer support to international banking customer via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and maintain accurate customer records.
- Proactively engage with customers to build strong relationships and enhance their banking experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promote additional banking products and services.
Qualifications:
- Tagalog native with Degree holder
- Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in customer support, especially in BPO industry or banking, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and find solutions for customers.
