Into Action
As our Marketing Operations & Digital Lead / Business Development Lead you will translate the crop plan into an annual plan for the LSV Territory BU with special focus on NPIs. You drive the execution of this plan in the LSV Territory BU and you will focus on advertisement & Promotion and web-site content. In this role you will become the Business Development interface for the LSV Territory BU owning specific development projects and you develop and implement marketing / VAP projects (Value Added Produce).
The Challenge
In this role you translate the Territory crop plans into effective one-year crop campaign/action plans in close collaboration with the LSV Territory Product Development Specialists and LSV KAM team. You deliver the campaigns, where you organize the demo trials, demo days and other targeted crop events. You support the NPI launches and campaign preparations and you implement the yearly marketing plan for all LSV products based on the agreed priorities with the Territory LSV PDS. As part of your job you will be implementing corporate & product branding and communication in compliance with the company branding principles. Furthermore, you provide suggestions to the LSV Territory BU Leadership Team on Business Development priorities and way forward. Conducing market analysis on selected Business Development projects and support the start of new business project implementations will be part of your job as well.
Your Profile
To succeed in this challenging position, you must have a marketing or business university degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or sales and 2+ years of experience in Vegetables Seeds or other seeds business. You have knowledge of the Vegetables Seeds market and customer needs and you have the ability to develop/deliver innovative, customer driven offers. You have a good crop and product knowledge and you anticipate changes in the market and propose strategy adjustments accordingly. You are an analytical thinking with amazing communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
