Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration, working closely with integrators, organization stakeholders, and internal customers.
You will be responsible for leading design meetings, status meetings, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the company business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and delivery within specified timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with integrators to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with organization stakeholders to identify project requirements, gather business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for project activities, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate design meetings, engaging with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, system configurations, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for internal customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing effective solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating them into project plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 3-5 as an Information system Project Manager - Must
- Proven experience 1-2In of implementing in Priority ERP system - Must
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Genesys systems, including Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud. (Advantage)
- Solid understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including networking, and software development. (Advantage)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal customers, and external vendors.
- Experience in leading design meetings, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System, or a related field.
