Responsibilities :
Lead the Retail team in executing efficient sales and operational plans.
Manage manpower and operational planning to ensure smooth management and staff productivity.
Provide on-the-job training and field coaching to frontline staff and support their development, enhancing their sales skills.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for visual merchandising standards.
Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of stores.
Manage inventory of saleable goods in stores and maintain optimal on-shelf availability levels.
Collaborate with related departments, such as Visual Merchandising and Marketing, during brand launches to create impactful and cohesive brand experiences.
Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment.
Handle any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess F&B/ Retail Operation experience
