As the Direct Ship Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and identifying improvement opportunities for current state processes and working cross functionally to compile and convey data driving business improvement. Working closely with the account operations manager you will engage stakeholders through reporting and insight, identify initiatives spanning multiple internal and external stakeholders that will improve business performance. You will communicate with clarity, establish strong relationships, and provide compelling data analysis & visualization using a variety of tools and mediums.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Creating presentations with compelling analysis
Influencing stakeholders across all departments within Nike
Managing projects in support of operational strategy
Learn processes - be able to assess and understand unfamiliar process and identify opportunities for improvement
Creating end to end value propositions for new and existing processes
Alert and be aware of surrounding environment to identify opportunities to remove friction or improve service/experience
Understand business operations to be able to provide continuous improvement for optimizing and maximizing order book health activities
Drive continuous process improvement & support partners in capability building projects
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report into the Marketplace Operations Manager - Account Operations and work closely with cross-functional partners internally and externally. The role will have high engagement with Marketplace and Logistics partners at a Territory and Geo level.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail value chains, planning processes, strategic and key accounts, and supply chain operations
- Self-motivated and able to effectively operate independently
- Experience with data and analytics (Power BI, Think-cell, Tableau)
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Consumer first mindset with willingness to learn and challenge the status quo
- Experience in a cross-functional business environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels within a matrixed structure
- MS Office experience
